By accessing and using OceanRemote, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use OceanRemote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:
- No malicious activity, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts
- No exceeding rate limits or attempting to overload the service
- No sharing account credentials or tokens
- No reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Use devices only for their intended purposes
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your devices comply with local laws and regulations
- Backing up your device configurations
Service Availability
OceanRemote is provided on a "best effort" basis:
- No service level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
- We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Free tier users have no expectation of priority support
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these terms of service
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the service
- Legal requirements necessitate account closure
Disclaimer
OceanRemote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:
- We are not responsible for damages to your devices or data
- We do not guarantee device compatibility or functionality
- Security measures may not prevent all unauthorized access
- You use the service at your own risk
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OceanRemote or its operators be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Device malfunction or communication failures
- Third-party actions or external factors
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in Moroccan courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
